There’s a lot going on in the world, our lives, and the systems we exist within. It can often leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others. It’s my aim as a therapist to assist you in identifying the practices that feel anchoring for your sense of wellbeing and provide a contained and connective space for you to navigate the challenges you're facing.
I believe we all need assistance along the way and my goal as a therapist is to help you clear the path and connect with your own inherent strengths and capacities. I enjoy supporting clients in cultivating a deeper sense of self-trust and self-compassion. I will individualize the therapeutic process to meet your unique needs and goals and together we can draw upon a variety of treatment approaches.
